This is a question we’ve been asked by friends, family, and even ourselves over the past few months and we finally have a better answer!
Alright, here’s the plan:
- Sell the condo – this should be done by the end of June
- Spend our last few days in Chicago visiting some of our favorite spots we’ve amassed over the last 10 (!) years.
- Visit family in Michigan – it will be great to see everyone and maybe have a couple pool parties!
- Spend some time on the bourbon trail in Kentucky (both Louisville and Frankfort) – if you have suggestions for your any favorite distillery tours, let us know!
- Drive to VA to find some cool hikes and maybe some camping in Shenendoah National Park
- On to Tennessee to see the Great Smoky Mountains and, what Alissa is probably looking forward to most, Dollywood!
- The we’re on to our final destination (at least for a while) – Milwaukee. We’re hoping to find a home in the city to settle down for a while again.
